Paul J. Kass, P.E.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering field, he has designed for commercial, residential, industrial, medical, and military facilities.

His electrical designs have been integrated into a broad range of building sites in California. His projects include high end residential homes throughout Los Angeles Area, the renovation / upgrade design of the Department of Water & Power (DWP) G.O.B. headquarters in Los Angeles; the Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, CA; Sears department stores in Whittier and West Covina; public libraries in Venice, CA and Porter Ranch, CA; church and auditorium in Tarzana, CA. Tenant improvement designs for Wilshire-Bundy high-rise building; multi-unit townhouses in Santa Monica and Oxnard; Palmdale and Lancaster school district modernization projects. Santa Ana Unified School District growth and class size reduction project utilizing portable classrooms. Los Angeles Unified School District safety and technology projects; fast food and chain food restaurants such as Jack-in-the-Boxes, In-N-Out Burgers, Elephant Bars, Pat & Oscar's and Tahoe Joe's restaurants.

 

Anthony L. Linhardt, P.E.

With over 25 years of experience in the electrical engineering field, Anthony has designed and managed projects for a diversity of facilities including commercial, residential, industrial, medical, and institutional.

His electrical designs have been implemented for numerous building sites in California and in other states such as Hawaii and Nevada. His projects include the General Hospital in Chino, CA; various buildings at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles; Armani Stores in Beverly Hills, CA and Honolulu, HI. The YMCA complex in Santa Monica, CA; Patton U.S. Army Reserve Center in Downey, CA. Various banks, shopping centers, theatres, office buildings, libraries, heliports, schools and high end residential homes. He was the on site construction engineer for the building of a power generating station for the US Air Force at Lajes Field Base in Terceira, Azori Islands. Reviewed electrical plans and gave an analytical report for the "Las Vegas" Casino in Budapest, Hungary.

 

Thomas Szalai

With five years of AutoCAD experience he has prepared electrical AutoCAD drawings, is versed in preparing Title-24 calculations and service load calculations. He is knowledgeable in all phases of electrical design. He assists with the design of lighting, power and signal system designs. In addition, he has over 3 years of engineering experience in solar and photovoltaic power generating systems.
